My Past (Part 1)

I don't know why, but today i think the reason why i choose Information Technology in University of Muhammadiyah Malang.

In the past, i really want to study in Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology, department of industrial design, especially Visual Communication Design. But i failed in SNMPTN 2012.

Some people said that they doubt my ability, but i always believe that i can pass it. And in the fact is i didn’t accepted. Sometimes in the deep of my heart, i still expect to be accepted.

How to Promote Yourself to Get the Scholarship?

Last week, in my ESP-Speaking class, my lecturer give an assignment to promote ourselves so that we can get the international scholarship easyly. So, if we want to get a sponsor, we have to promote ourselves first. Because they wouldn’t know ourselves if we don’t tell them.

And then, i want to give some steps. This is it: 

• The first, you have to introduce yourself. 
• The second, you have to tell the description of the program that you’ll take. 
• The third, you have to explain everything you had ever achieved.

Movie Review: ENGLISH VINGLISH

English Vinglish is a movie starred by Sridevi as mother from Sapna (Mehdi Nebbou) and Sagar(Priya Anand). This movie is directed by Gauri Shinde and produced by Hope Production. Shashi is a mother who loves cooking and make ladoo. Sapna and also Shashi’s husband, Satish (Adil Hussain), don’t appreciate her, just because her poor English. But, her little son, Sagar, love he just the way she is. English Vinglish have Amitabh Bachchan as guest role. And it’s use Hindi language.

English Vinglish is the story of a woman named Shashi, and she is made to feel insecure by her family because her lack of ability to speak in English. Not only that, sometimes she felt that she was just a maid. But not because she looks old-fashioned with her sari. It’s just because her daughter who don’t respect her. For example, when she attended a meeting of PTA (Parent-Teacher Association), her daughter was embarrassed because her mother couldn’t speak English, not like her father.

How to Describe Your Favorite Song?

Today, i want to make some steps to describe the meaning of your favorite song.

• First, you have to choose your favorite song, only one.
• Second, you have to understand what’s the translation of that song.
• Third, you can take the part of that song and describe with the easy words, so you can make the others to be understand.
• Fourth, tell what you can learn from that song.
• Fifth, you can make the conclusion

Rosmawarni was born on April 24th, 1964 in Sintang. She is my hero. She is the greatest mom. She is everything for me, and today is her birthday. 

when i was 12 y.o

I am so lucky that i have her in my life. She is so patient and understanding. I really love her :*

Actually i want to write a post about all that ever she gave for me. But i know, it’s impossible. ‘Cause it’s very much and i wouldn’t be able to write it all. I also can’t describe how much love she gave to me. I’d like to give an enormous love for her, so she knew that i really loved her. Perhaps if i had to give the money, it won’t be enough to replace all that she gave. I want to make her proud of my success later. I’m not going to let her down, i promise.

Today is Saturday

Today may not be important to you. Then i? I don't know what i think. I just know that today is special. Because i remember 7 months ago of us. But i don't want you to always remember that. I won't, i promise.

I just believe that today is Saturday. There's quiz of Object Oriented Programming (Java) that make today be a hard day. But today is a lazy day too. Do you know why? I'm just too spoilt with this bed. I'm not study hard, although i have to do that. Am i disappointed? Hahahaha NO, i'm not a girl that will make today be a big problem between us. Because today is Saturday. No party, no birthday, and of course nothing special on this day. Believe it!

Assignment: ESP - Writing

Friday, March 14th, 2013. My teacher give us an assignment about experience. He ask to make a paragraph, only one paragraph. And as usual, I will be silent for a moment. Oh God... I'm confused.
